1. The Program

AfterBTech provides live online technical training with placement assistance for BE/BTech students and recent graduates. Training is delivered over Zoom; recordings and materials are provided through the student portal. Live training for a track typically runs 4–5 months, followed by placement assistance (interview opportunities, referrals, mentoring) for up to 24 months from the date of enrollment or until the student accepts a job offer, whichever is earlier.

2. Placement assistance — what we promise

We commit to structured training, profile preparation, mock interviews, referrals through our alumni and partner network, and interview opportunities. We do not and cannot guarantee employment, a specific company, role, or salary. Placement outcomes depend on the student's attendance, effort, assignment completion, and interview performance. Students who remain inactive (no class attendance or assignment submission for 60+ consecutive days without prior intimation) may have placement assistance paused.

3. Fees & payment

The program fee is a one-time payment (early-bird and regular pricing as displayed at checkout), processed securely by Razorpay. The fee covers one chosen track plus placement assistance as described above. We never charge a placement fee, commission, or salary percentage after placement.

4. Refund policy

(a) Full refund (minus payment-gateway charges) if requested within 7 days of payment AND before attending the third live class of your batch.
(b) No refund after 7 days from payment or after attending three or more live classes, whichever is earlier.
(c) If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you an alternative start within 45 days, you receive a full refund.
Refund requests must be emailed to admissions@afterbtech.in from your registered email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Account, access & content protection

Your registered email and mobile number are your identity for OTP login. Access is limited to a maximum of 2 registered devices per student. All classes, recordings, and materials are for your personal learning only. Sharing login credentials, recordings, Zoom links, or materials with any other person, or recording/redistributing classes, is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination of access without refund, and may attract legal action under applicable copyright law. Access to recordings is logged and content is watermarked with your identity.

6. Student conduct

Students must maintain professional behaviour in classes and with placement partners. Misrepresentation of credentials to us or to hiring partners (fake experience, proxy interviews, etc.) results in immediate removal from the program without refund.

7. Referral program

Enrolled students receive a personal referral link. A referral reward (as displayed in your dashboard) is earned for each new student who enrolls and completes payment through your link, and is payable after the referred student crosses the refund window in clause 4. We may modify or discontinue the referral program prospectively at any time. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are void.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any claim is limited to the program fee actually paid by you. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or events beyond our reasonable control (including platform outages of Zoom/Razorpay or internet failures).

9. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: admissions@afterbtech.in.
